I understand that you need to be very careful with the budget you have but often the cheapest is not a good caterer. Be sure to check out anyone you are thinking of hiring.

Look in books, newspapers, and ask friend and call call call.. It really pays off to look around..;) good job..
But maybe u can see if a family member can do thie for u as there gift ( u pay for the food nd things u need to keep the food warm, but they set it up and cook the food or u can even cook it the night befor) ~
cheap food to get
a whole boneless ham~
zetie
corn/andveg
Buns /bread
Pork chops? or something of tht line
Some kida fish?
try to have a mix of thngs.
Mash pataos
gravy
(when picking the things out think of a mix of things that u would like to have htere and price things on sale if u can.)~ this way u get the pic the things out as well..
The things to keep them warm are in party city, and the factory card outlet they 10.00 i belive but prices are all different..different places.and thet is for 1 set up with a 2 side tray so that is a plus or u can get with a big try in it and just have alot in one of one thing..,,,
A friend and i do this but we are in pa,.So all u need is someone to cook the food and bring the food and set it up..
u have to look at the size of people u are going to have.
what buget are u working with?when is your wedding ?e-mail me cinderbloch06@yahoo.com
HOPE i helped a a lil..

I’m not from florida, but just some advice – DON’T go with the cheapest caterer – that’s just asking for trouble. Get recommendations and go from that. Don’t skimp on food, however low your budget.
