Need some place cheap to stay in S.D. 2-days, carlsbad,san clemente, along there near beach. Not a dump ,pool

well, carlsbad and san clemente are both rather expensive unless you go for your standard days inn or bottom end motel 6,
the Ramada in Carlsbad is moderately price but nice and is minutes from the state beach. You can get a suite for about 100.00
San Clemetne is a much smaller, comehat isolated community if you are going to be on foot and the town closes down early at night. Carlsbad probably has more to ffer you if you want to walk town in the evenings.

Hilton has a nice Garden Inn I think it’s called right on Coast hwy in Carlsbad it is right across the rd from the beach. I would look into that
