All right, I got a speeding ticket in San Clemente on my way to a friend’s beach birthday party. The cop said I was going "60+" on a posted 35 construction zone. In the space to write what kind of radar and the radar serial used he just crossed that out. Does that mean he gave me a citation without any proof of wrongdoing? Also, I KNOW I wasn’t going that fast. There was a major curve in the road ahead and there was also a turn-in for where I was getting off. I know I’m going to have to fight it because I had another ticket about 6 months ago and went to traffic school for that one so they won’t let me do that again.
Oh, another major bummer about it is that it was the night before my 18th birthday and the ticket was at 11:05 pm so now one of my parents will have to come with. Man, I hate tickets and police.
What should I do to fight it? A lawyer (Kinda expensive) just try and wing it myself or just plead guilty and pay for it? Give me some advice/help.

Where is a nice place to bike ride in Orange County. I am not talking about mountain biking, just to cruise with my beach cruiser.. I live in San Clemente. I went to the Huntington Beach pier that was nice but too far.

me and my good friend are going to southern california in the (san clemente/ irvine) area. its about a hour from los angelos. our main goal is to go to alot of shows (as in concerts) (scene shows) while were there. are there alot of small local shows we can go to? like rockk and screamo music shows. not like concerts like rihanna. lol. please help && thanks.
