What is with this trend? What is behind it? How did it come about like this? Why JUST restaurants or corner stores and nothing else?

I am not trying to be a bigot! It is a sincere and legitimate question. You cannot deny that if you meet a Greek chances are that someone in their family owns a restaurant, or several. I am just trying to figure out why.

Ok, I love everything about her. Her voice, her personality, her looks (not in a lesbian way lol), and the fact that she’s not a size 00.
Oh yeah, I forgot about the Jonas Brothers thing. That was hilarious. And I totally agree with her statement.

In case you don’t know, guilty pleasure names are names that you love, but they’re a little out there, and you’re not sure if you would use them on a baby.

We are planning a trip through Indianapolis, and need a recommendation for a unique, fun restaurant that will appeal to our kids (ages 10-14). We would like to visit something that will be memorable, unique, interesting, etc. but not too CRAZY expensive. In Texas we have a restaurant called the Magic Time Machine… wild atmosphere, all the waiters dress up in costume, etc. Any kids that go there remember it forever. I’d like to find something like this in Indianapolis (or anywhere within 30 miles of there). Thanks!

Not looking for a chain restaurant or anything fancy. When my husband and I travel we like family owned restaurants that prepare food that is native to the area that we are traveling to. We will be in the area June 6-13.
We are pretty open to any type of food.

I am getting married in about 6 weeks, and the invitations just went out. My fiance brought up the topic of people who don’t RSVP. Now, I don’t expect this to happen, and I haven’t heard of people doing this very often, but I suppose it could happen. Anyway, I’m taking the approach of "if it happens, it happens. We deal with it." My fiance, on the other hand, is a bit uptight about the whole wedding planning, and is saying that if people show up without having sent an RSVP, then they shouldn’t eat. We’re paying a certain amount of money per person, and we’re going by the RSVP list when we work with our caterer. Now, I see his point – that they are rude by showing up without sending an RSVP, but I feel that it’s more rude to have people sitting at my wedding without eating. Is there some sort of etiquette as to what we would do in this situation? I would never want to make someone uncomfortable at my wedding, buy my fiance is being very opinionated about this! What’s the right answer?

I am in DESPRATE need of a song for my first solo. It is contemporary and all of my teachers and I have been searching for months and we can not find an age appropriate yet edgy song. Age appropriate means it leaves out artists like Charlotte Martin, Imogen Heap, ADELE, Missy Higgins, Elisa, etc. because their songs are too powerful. I need something like Evanecence but a bit younger in lyrics. PLEASE help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
