I am a server in a family restaurant and end up cleaning the walls and seats after the diners leave when they have a couple of children with them and then leave enough of a tip for just the adults not for the mess they left. I guess they think you don’t tip for children meals.

It will be a family-oriented restaurant for lunch and dinner, and then it will be a bar scene until close. We will have pool tables and TVs in there as well. Any ideas will help! Thanks!
