How many hordouvers for 100 guest wedding?
I am having a 1 hour cocktail hour for my wedding reception. A plated dinner to follow.
The caterer offers food selections in 100 guest increments. How many different types of hordouvers should I have? And, do I need to have 100 of each type of food? Or, for example, can i reduce my budget by only having shrimp hordouvers that feed 50 people? etc.?
I plan to have these as passed hordouvers, not buffet.
